Q: I live in Hawaii. Do you offer free in-store pick up?
A: We are working on adding a free in-store pick up option for Hawaii (Oahu) residents only. At this time it is not an option at checkout, but we can still offer the free service. Simply enter the code "IN STORE PICK UP" when checking out . You will notice that your shipping option remains at $8, but that $8 has been removed from your cart total. By entering this code, we will know that you want to pick up your order at our store and you will be notified by email when it is available. This code is valid for Hawaii (Oahu) residents only. Your order will be canceled if this code has been entered for any order shipping outside of Oahu Hawaii.
Q: What is your on-line return policy?
BambooSky.com gladly excepts returns for full refund or exchange within 14 days of the shipped date. Items purchased from the Bamboo Sky Online Store may not be returned for a refund or exchange at the Bamboo Sky Retail Stores. However, if you are a Hawaii resident, you may drop off your return to our Ward location (401 Kamakee Street Honolulu Hawaii, 96814) to avoid return shipping fees! Your package will then be directed to our returns department for further completion of your return/exchange request.
Merchandise must be returned in it’s original, unworn condition with the tags attached. Items that have been laundered or altered may not be returned or exchanged.
Sale items, jewelry (including necklaces, earrings, bracelets & rings), undergarments (including socks, tights, leggings, camis & bandeaus), swim wear and sunglasses are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN:
- If it is within 14 days, and it does not fall into the limitations listed above in our return policy, you may return any item for a full refund (less the shipping expense to you).
- All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- To receive your RA#, simply email us at email@example.com. Please include the following information:
- original order number
- style # and description of of the item(s) being returned
- the quantity being returned
- You will receive an RA# within 1-2 business days.
- Please write your order # and RA# on the outside of your return package. Any packages received without an RA# will be returned to sender.
- Your return package must be post marked on or before the 14th day of the ship date. The ship date is located at the top right corner of your order invoice.
Bamboo Sky does not pay for the shipping costs of merchandise return. Please use a carrier service of your choice. We highly recommend that you send your package by a traceable and insured method. Bamboo Sky is not responsible for lost items during return shipping.
HOW TO EXCHANGE:
At this time, we do not offer an exchange system as inventory quantities are constantly fluctuating. If the item(s) you received did not work out for any reason and if it does not fall into the return limitations listed above (ie: final sale, undergarment, etc), we suggest that you simply return the item(s) for a refund and make a separate purchase for the item(s) you wish to have instead. If you are exchanging due to a damage or mistake on our behalf, see below.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM?
All orders will go through a strict quality control inspection prior to shipping, however we are not perfect. Should you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will gladly replace it for a new or correct item at no additional cost to you. Q: When will my order ship? How long does it take?
A: For the $8 shipping fee, we use USPS flat rate service. Generally shipping times are between 5-7 business days. We have noticed however, that shipping times within Hawaii can be as fast the very next day!
For USPS 2nd Day, your package will be shipped out the following business day and it will take 2 additional business days in transit. Please keep this in mind if placing an order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend.
USPS International Flat Rate orders shipping to Japan, Australia or Canada will generally take 10-14 business days.
If you area Hawaii Oahu resident and have selected "in store pick up", your package will be available at our store within 2-3 business days. If you need it sooner, just email us email@example.com and will accommodate your needs as best as we can.

A: Currently, we are only set up to ship within the United States, to Canada, Australia and Japan.

A: Inventory on-line is separate from inventory in store therefore, orders placed on-line can not be returned at our Ward location. If you are Hawaii resident however, you may drop off your on-line return at our store to avoid return shipping fees. Your package will be delivered to our warehouse for further processing
